Winemaking | The maceration, which lasts about ten days, takes place in steel vats at a temperature of about 30 degrees. After racking, the wine is placed in barriques and oak barrels with a capacity of 20 hl, where it remains for fourteen months. Refinement in the bottle lasts about six months. |
